What Does It Take …

to Get the Law Of Attraction Bringing Results?

How Does Manifesting Work?

So, today, I took my beautiful incense thurible out to burn some Frankincense and Myrrh. I just love that pungent aroma. It straight away puts me into a meditative state.

It is good to have these resources and tools to support a conscious quantum mind leap. What do I mean by that?

See, we give meaning to events in our lives, whether uplifting, joyous,, or negative and stressful with frustration or sadness.

Thus, we build our own reality from our thoughts and feelings.

However, looking at this from quantum science, this reality is at best a hologram or an illusion. If you lack something and/or have a deep desire for something, that means it actually already exists in the vast quantum field, you just need to call it in.

It sounds simple, and it is, but it’s not necessarily easy. The key aspect is developing a high frequency of gratitude and love to enter into the realm of the field.

One of the paths for that is meditation with the help of the power of scent, via olfactory anchors.

When I work with people I use a variety of ‘tools’, such as NLP, Matrix Reimprinting, Strengths & Resiliance training from the field of Positive Psychology, EFT Tapping, Energy Psychology, Trauma Releasing Exercises, Energy Medicine, prayer, essential oils, and the list goes on from my psychology therapy practice.

People think that these techniques bring results. They help, but really, all they do is release some limiting stuff and create a supporting space of resourcefulness so that we can then use our awakened conscious mind and heart intelligence to step out of the illusion of a limiting illusion of reality and step into the bountiful abundance that actually is often hidden from us in plain sight. ♥

Conscious Language – Sonya Swan

Posted by: | Comments (0)

Conscious language helps you identify your limiting beliefs and turn them around to serve your highest choices. Not only that, but every sound you utter is energy that plays a role in creating your world, also made up of energy. It might sound a little out there for you but if you stop and think about the words you find yourself saying a lot of the time, perhaps without conscious thought, do those things show up often in your world? It’s quite likely. (Source)

Bone Broth – Simple and Healthy

Posted by: | Comments (0)

So, what’s cooking at Geli’s?
Making delicious bone broth again!!

For those of you who don’t know, bone broth is anti inflammatory, and has a huge amount of other health benefits. Bone Broth is an amazing addition to your diet. Full of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur, collagen and trace minerals -as well as the stuff that builds glucosamine and chondroitin. And this is only the beginning.

Some people like to put all sorts of veggies into to cooking process. I like mine simple, just tend to put into it an excess of herbs with fresh and essential oils.

Work of caution here: I can ONLY recommend the Young Living brand for organic purity to be used for ingesting, also, only use the tiniest bit (tooth pick dipped in the oil, not even a drop) as it is so highly concentrated!!

Oh and I enjoy the free range organic meat. It comes fresh, but I tend to freeze whatever I don’t eat straight away.

Another tip, if you use stock cubes, only use organic ones.

free - woman rain drps Why is it that we can get so pre-occupied running around being nice, blessing everyone possible with our loveliness?

Well, for starters it feels so good, we feel so validated; we’ve done something nice to our ‘neighbours’. Giving, particularly for women, releases the feel-good hormone Oxytocin.

However, the danger is that, being so busy doing good, spreading the love, we do not really have time to stop and deal with our own issues. The temporary Oxytocin flush of ‘loving our neighbour’ can potentially backfire and deplete us even more.

There is another aspect: being so self sacrificial, denying ourselves, it’s easy to slip a little bit into a self-righteous mode of a ‘role-model’ to others who’re not quite pulling their weight as we feel they should.

It’s so convenient to hide behind all these loving activities.
Whilst love is a mandate, let’s put it in perspective, “love your neighbour as yourself.”

Smoked Salmon without the Bagel

salmon and saladHappy food, gluten free!
We know that responsibly sources organic salmon is good for us with all the needful Omega 3’s, so here we have the salmon sitting on a base of organic cheese (blend some goats cheese with a little blue cheese … or if this is too strong for you, experiment with organic cream cheese and cottage cheese.) You may have a farmers market near you. It’s worth finding a good source, such as Able & Cole or Riverford Organic Farms, if you don’t have shops near you that support local farmers.
Then crown the salmon with your favourite salad leaves and zest them up up with a handful of pungent micro greens … oh yes, sprinkle on some toasted black sesame seeds, nigella seeds. Enjoy!

beet-juice-and-lemon-oil-copy-300x400 Two very simple ingredients: I juiced 1 1/2 large beets and then stirred in 4 drops of lemon essential oil. The oil camouflaged the earthiness of the beet and turned it into irresistible yumminess. Lemon oil is a very good oil for detoxifying the liver, beet juice is a liver-protective food and is also cardiovascular supportive.

Please note: I recommend that the only essential oils you can safely ingest are Young Living Essential Oils!
