The Sacred Path

Posted by: | Comments (0)

Deep Desire is Calling You …
will you answer?

You know it well, although it feels like it’s not clear at times. It’s likely that of most of your life you were given to understand by those important to you that Your desire really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things …

Yet it does …

Awaken from that slumber of conditioning, allow your deepest desire to emerge from your shadows, and learn to walk on the Sacred Path of Your Enlightenment … The world needs you … Come … You are Loved …

free - woman rain drps Why is it that we can get so pre-occupied running around being nice, blessing everyone possible with our loveliness?

Well, for starters it feels so good, we feel so validated; we’ve done something nice to our ‘neighbours’. Giving, particularly for women, releases the feel-good hormone Oxytocin.

However, the danger is that, being so busy doing good, spreading the love, we do not really have time to stop and deal with our own issues. The temporary Oxytocin flush of ‘loving our neighbour’ can potentially backfire and deplete us even more.

There is another aspect: being so self sacrificial, denying ourselves, it’s easy to slip a little bit into a self-righteous mode of a ‘role-model’ to others who’re not quite pulling their weight as we feel they should.

It’s so convenient to hide behind all these loving activities.
Whilst love is a mandate, let’s put it in perspective, “love your neighbour as yourself.”

When it comes to the typical afternoon slump I tend to reach for the coffee, so give this blend a try, it worked for me beautifully, I was pleasantly surprised. Hoʻoponopono

Ho-oponopono-aloha-320x215

Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) means to make right. It's an ancient Hawaiian healing practice of forgiveness.

Song by Jennifer Salima Holt

E KALA MAI IA 'U = (I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me)
MAHALO NUI LOA = (Thank You Greatly)
ALOHA NO WAU IA 'OE = (Aloha To You, "I Love You")

The heart of Hoʻoponopono is taking full responsibility for every emotion and feeling in your life. This is empowering because it means that you don’t have to change another person, it’s an inside job anyone can do. It feels empowering as you are then no longer the victim in any shape of form! It frees you to resolve your problems. You are totally responsible for your own responses to life, for what you perceive to be your reality.

It’s so easy to repeat those four phrases:

I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you

So, whatever you might be feeling about a situation or another person, such as rage, anger, frustration, helplessness, sadness, or any other negative emotions, understand that these are your own emotions and have nothing to do with the situation upsetting you, or the other person being the perpetrator. All you do is 100% own your feelings, your own reaction, triggered often by the various filters we built up in our subconscious over the years.

Healing power of drumming

Posted by: | Comments (0)

According to current medical research, stress is a cause of 98% of all disease. Not only heart attacks, strokes, immune system breakdowns, but every disease known, with the exception of two viruses, has now been linked to stress. Recent biofeedback studies show that drumming along with our own heartbeats for 15 minutes alters brainwave patterns (increasing alpha) and dramatically reduces stress. So drumming actually "meditates" us!

Essential Oil Blend to Boost Your Energy and Support those Adrenals Naturally – incl. Thyroid Function !

Currently I am testing out a new – to me – essential oil blend which is supposed to revitalise, uplifting, strengthening, and restore mental alertness. When it comes to the typical afternoon slump I tend to reach for the coffee, so I thought I would give this blend a try. Don’t get me wrong, I love my coffee, but there is a difference between enjoying coffee, especialy if you are sipping a delicious brew from an exquisite coffee bean, and having to reach for the coffee just to make it through the day.

I got the new blend in the post yesterday, a bit of a sluggish Monday morning and decided to try it out straight away. Well, I was pleasantly surprised – it did work beautifully. Currently I have it on me as well, and indeed no need for coffee. I find it is both energizing as well as calming … the energy lift without any hyper adrenaline affect. I suppose the addition of the balsam Fir gives it this tranquil element of relaxed alertness.

As I am taking another sniff right now it has developped on my skin like a perfume. It’s got some warm notes. It’s like walking through a pine forest and drinking in the deep scent released whilst brushing passed by the branches. But amidst the relaxing fragrance of the balsam fir jazzes up the vibrant refreshing lemongrass, balanced out with the herbs and the other spices.

It is an oil blend that certainly maximises the synergistic effect between the various individual oil chemistries and harmonic frequencies.

The oil blend is high in sesquiterpenes which help to increase the oxygen in the limbic system of the brain, which in turn “unlocks” the DNA and allows emotional baggage to be released from cellular memory. The blend contains Rosemary, Juniper, Nutmeg, Fir, Black Pepper, Lemongrass and Clove. It is high in limonene. Rosemary alpha pinene works on the brain, and camphor from the juniper helps in its soothening action.

This special oil blend will go to the brain and to the adrenal glands. Nutmeg contains adrenal cortex stimulating activity. The beauty is that you cannot push the adrenal glands beyond their capacity to do what they are supposed to do … it’s all 100% natural and organic.

This oil blend boasts electro magnetic frequency levels of 106 MHz – considering that Fresh produce have electricial frequencies (5-10 MHz), fresh herbs (5-10 MHz) and dried herbs (12-22 MHz). The higher your frequency the healthier you are. This 100% therapeutic grade medicinal oil blend has molecules so pure and fine that they go straight through the skin into the blood stream helping the body to re-adjust naturally again.

Gently Relaxing

Turn lights off, Headphones in, Fullscreen, pure silence, and behold true beauty :’)

Please watch in full screen and allow yourself to just be present in the moment, laying aside the many responsibilities for only 4:34 minutes, and just …. be!

“We need 4 hugs a day for survival.
We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance.
We need 12 hugs a day for growth”

—Virginia Satir, family therapist

“It’s the sense of touch. In any real city, you walk, you know? You brush past people, people bump into you. In L.A., nobody touches you. We’re always behind this metal and glass. I think we miss that touch so much, that we crash into each other, just so we can feel something ..”
– from the movie “Crash”

The lack of touch in our lives is detrimental to our well-being!
Hugging is the best antidepressant … it’s healing comforting and nourishing; it’s stress-relieving, even when they come from complete strangers …
