Summer is definitely over, here in London!
Cinnamon is a powerful natural healing spice and tastes ever so welcoming especially in the colder months.
What went into my nice chunky mug of hot goodness? Well, for starters, freshly brewed coffee. Next add several scoops of good quality dark cocoa powder with a good dash of cinnamon and cayenne or chilli powder. I added some Blue Agave nectar to sweeten it. If you like, add some real cream to it (please don’t use artificial cream). I like my coffee black.
