Smoked Salmon without the Bagel

We know that responsibly sources organic salmon is good for us with all the needful Omega 3’s, so here we have the salmon sitting on a base of organic cheese (blend some goats cheese with a little blue cheese … or if this is too strong for you, experiment with organic cream cheese and cottage cheese.) You may have a farmers market near you. It’s worth finding a good source, such as Able & Cole or Riverford Organic Farms, if you don’t have shops near you that support local farmers.
Then crown the salmon with your favourite salad leaves and zest them up up with a handful of pungent micro greens … oh yes, sprinkle on some toasted black sesame seeds, nigella seeds. Enjoy!
